Peter Ingram – Director
Peter has extensive experience of paper management in the print, publishing and packaging industries. Hands on experience on technical, production and commercial fields were initially gained at Polestar Petty and Polestar HQ. He founded Paper Life in 1986 to meet the demand for quality management equipment.
In the 1970s he led the "War on Waste" campaign for the British Printing Industries Federation and subsequently practiced what he preached for various companies. During 1995 he founded MARTOR UK Ltd to market and sell the world's leading range of industrial safety knives.
Subsequently he has steered the company into a service provider based on the accumulated knowledge and skills gained over 50 years in the industry. This experience includes establishing and then selling Paper Management Services Ltd and PPL Research Ltd plus founding The Paper Trail Education and Visitor Centre.
He has been awarded the Paper Industry Gold Medal (1992) and the MBE (2010) for services to the paper industry.
Stuart Watson – Technical Sales Representative
A problem solver, with proven analytical and communication skills. His technical expertise was honed in Motor Sport engineering, a sector known for constantly striving for optimum performance. He brings this drive for continuous improvement to the paper industry having gained three years experience working at Frogmore Paper Mill and now Paper Life.
