Changes in the temperature and the amount of moisture in the atmosphere can significantly alter the size of paper, causing printing problems due to light or wavy edges and paper creasing. Our stack covers fully protect all four sides of the stack at all times thus preventing the problem.
REEL SNAIL
PRODUCT REF: SCT1/S ART 19-91
Made from strong acetyl plastic with a smooth under-surface to eliminate reel damage. It has a double cutting edge to simplify reel opening. The snail measures 210 x 75mm and the area available for the logo is 60mm in diameter.
REEL SNAIL

A larger Reel Snail with handle grip and wings for dividing paper whilst opening the reel. This model has a wide and solid point, this is useful when opening thicker layers on reels. The snail measures 230 x 95mm and the area for logos is 50mm diameter.
PLASTIC WEDGE

Made from durable plastic with a smooth top surface, the wedge measures 146 x 38 x 29mm high. Ideal for use in dividing paper stacks or as reel stops.
A wider wedge: REF.PLW1/L measuring 146 x 58 x 19mm high is also available.
